Can you help with breastfeeding or pumping nutrition?
All sessions take place on Practice Better, our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You’ll receive a link as soon as your initial visit is scheduled, plus a reminder two days before each appointment. For the best experience, plan to join from a quiet, comfortable space with a solid internet connection — ideally somewhere you can talk openly without interruptions.
Where do we meet?
Every session comes with a personalized recap and a clear action plan, so you don’t have to remember off the top of your head what we talked about or what we’re focusing on that week (pregnancy brain is REAL). You’ll get simple, realistic recommendations for nutrition, symptoms, lifestyle shifts, physical activity, sleep, and stress support.
What’s included in each session?
Most clients start with biweekly sessions, which gives us time to make meaningful changes and adjust quickly as symptoms or labs shift. Once things feel more stable, we typically transition to appointments every 3–4 weeks. Your schedule is always personalized based on your needs and comfort level.
How often do we meet?
Yes! We’re in-network with several major plans, and many clients pay little to nothing out of pocket. We’ll verify your benefits before your first appointment so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you take insurance?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. You don’t have to come in with a diagnosis or a full explanation; a feeling is more than enough. Bring your questions, symptoms, fears, and “is this normal?” moments — we’ll take it from there.
