Meet your presenter: Hi I’m Katie, founder of The Pregnancy RD and a pregnancy Registered Dietitian. I’ve been an RD for nearly a decade now, have a Master’s in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine, and also have been in your shoes as a mama myself.
When I’m not working with clients 1:1, you’ll find me binging on trashy TV or hitting the great outdoors for long walks and playground adventures with our now two year old son.
